Like Romeo, Like Juliet: Chapter 1-Childhood Friends
It's a boring day as usual.... Nothing fun ever happens here in Japan. By the way, my name is Alyssa Naizuki and I'm 9 yrs. old. I once lived in England but my father and I migrated to Japan because my father and mother always fight.
I went by the window and saw a boy and I asked him his name. "My name is Shinjou Kenzuki and I'm 9 yrs. old. I left the house because of my dad. Can I umm... come in?" "Sure please come in. My name is Alyssa Naizuki I'm also 9 yrs. old" "So why did you leave your house?" I asked "Its because of my dad... He's gonna marry another woman that I never knew! She's going to be my new mother!!!" "Well, isn't that nice? At least you're gonna have a new stepmother who'll never fight with your dad" "Well... I know but my mom is dead and I wish my stepmother will have the same characteristics as my mom" "Don't worry about that okay? I'll ask my dad if you can stay here" I told him
We played, talked and he even taught me how to cook scrambled eggs (I like scrambled eggs) While Shin and I were talking I didn't notice that my dad arrived and he even saw Shin holding my hand. "Is he your new friend?" Dad asked "Umm... Yeah dad. His name is Shinjou" I said "I-I'm sorry I think I need to go now bye" Shinjou waved goodbye but I stopped him "Dad can Shin stay here please he needs a home and he also needs to think if he'll go back to his own home" I begged "Fine. He seems to be a nice guy anyway" "Arigatou Gozaimasu :D"
Its been 2 months since Shinjou stayed in my house. We went to the park near our house and I accidentally tripped and I bumped a kid at my age. Shin thought it wasn't an accident so he pushed the kid. The kid didn't fight back instead he helped me stand up. "Sorry for bumping you. I didn't see you" The kid apologized "Thanks for helping me. My name is Ken Natsugara I'm..." "I know you're also 9 yrs. old like us. My name is Alyssa Naizuki and he's Shinjou Kenzuki" "Sorry for pushing you... I thought you bumped her on purpose" Shin apologized "That's cool. Hey! Want to meet my friends?" "That sounds cool sure!" I saw two boys(more like twins) running towards Ken. The first kid with a pink colored hair said: "Ken, I just pranked a kid! He totally cried!" The other kid with a violet colored hair said: "Hey! Stop it Onee-san" "Here they are! Alyssa, Shin meet Keiko and Deimon Dakura. Dakura twins meet Alyssa and Shinjou" Ken said.
